Why are we wasting paper.
I understand that you want us to print out our own EOBs to save you money. What I don't understand is why it takes 6 pages of paper to print out the 1 I need. That is making us use more money and resources. Makes no sense to me. Except you get the better end of the deal, 6 pages really.

Nedra, thank you for your idea and question. To get a better understanding of your concern, can I ask why you are needing to print 6 pages of an EOB?-

Usually 2 or 3 cover pages with only your address on it. So tell me why you can't fix your computers to skip those pages. Just sent the eob that is all i need.EditDeleteRemove

Anthony Noriega (Customer) June 30, 2011 16:38Nedra, also if you are printing PDFs that you download from our website, there is an option to print only the pages you need. A dialog box will appear when you try to print the PDF. In that box is an option to print only the pages you want. This will help you print less pages than needed, and use less resources. Nedra, it sounds to me like you are trying to print PDF remittance documents from our Providers - Remit Display area on the website? If that correct?
