sad I’m sad

Medicine co-pay

OK. This is the second time I have tried to do this. Please give us some place we can go to complain rather than write you a letter. This is a health-related issue and I need information on why you will not use my medicine co-pay for a medicine my (Blue Cross) doctor has prescribed. I have asthma, and this medicine is for asthma. (by the way, your "makes me feel sad" is ridiculous!
