Most Blue Cross of Idaho policies allow you to change physicians without obtaining approval. To obtain the highest level of benefits available to you, you may need to see an in-network provider who contracts with Blue Cross of Idaho. You can search for in-network providers by selecting Find a Provider on the home page of the Blue Cross of Idaho website at bcidaho.com. Or contact us by selecting the Contact us link or calling our Customer Service Department at the phone number on the back of your Blue Cross of Idaho ID card.
