Benefits used?
It would be nice to be able to see if a person has used any of their benefits yet. ie: physical therapy, chiropractic, mental health. I work at an outpatient physical therapy clinic and I can get most of the benefits online except this. I still have to call in everytime to find out if any of the benefit has already been used.

We do have "maximums" now showing on the Provider Web portal under the Eligibility and Claims tool on the right hand side after you log in. They are now list under the Deductible tab, now labeled Deductible & Maximums. We don't have Mental Health available yet but most others are there.

becky October 13, 2011 17:16The visit number is not displayed on this page. i.e. I'm looking at a patient now that per their benefits is allowed 20 visits of out-patient physical therapy. It does not say how many of these 20 visits are still available....so now i have to call in and be on hold for 5 min to talk to somebody just to get this number. Please helpEditDeleteRemove

We are working on having the "counts of visits" on the web but I'm sorry it's not done being programmed and tested yet. We will send out a Provider Alert when it is complete.
