Essential Blue PPO

Essential Blue is a limited benefit preferred provider organization (PPO) plan that covers inpatient hospital and surgical services. Essential Blue PPO is the least expensive policy we offer. Keep in mind, this limited benefit plan does not have benefits for most outpatient care (like doctor&'s office visits, lab and X-ray and prescription drugs).
